Some reminders:
1. First month tuition is due August 15th. The easiest way is to pay online at www.franklinchristianchurch.com. Click on the "Online Giving" tab.
2. Go to the actual blog if you need to check dates and times for Meet the Teacher/Parent Meeting. The plan is for your child to spend about an hour with his/her teachers while you meet with me in the music room - www.shininglightcpc.blogspot.com.
3. Tote bags for our new families (or new siblings) will be given out on Meet the Teacher morning.
4. The Parent Meeting is very important for those families who are new. There is a lot of information that will be covered to make your start of the school year easier! This year we divided it up so that we can gear the information to specific age groups. If you have two children at Shining Light, please feel free to just come to the second time slot (Preschool and Pre-K).
5. If you have tried calling our new number, you may or may not have gotten through...after the rain last Thursday, our line has gone crazy. It sometimes sounds like a fax machine is answering. Just hang up and call right back - that seems to do the trick. We have called Comcast three times, and they have assured us that they are working on it...
6. Finally, don't forget to fill out the Student Info form located on the church website: www.franklinchristianchurch.com. Go to the Shining Light tab and then click on "Students Currently Registered for Fall". The form is two pages, but we must have it before you will be able to leave your child with us for a full day! Please bring it to the Meet the Teacher meeting.
