You can access the form from the church website: www.franklinchristianchurch.com. It is found on the Shining Light page under "Students currently registered for fall".
On the form please make sure that you list any food allergies that your child may have. We try to be very conscious of this at Shining Light, and our teachers need to be aware as soon as possible.
***If you have two children at SL, you only need to come to the meeting for the oldest child. You may leave the other children in their respective classrooms, however, no matter which meeting you opt to attend.
