Thank you to all who gave to our Christmas Giving project. Ms. Kely took $375 in cash to The Well yesterday. The gentleman working there told her that her timing couldn't have been better as Friday was the last day they were going to be able to purchase gifts. Our contribution should help out quite a bit ensuring that some needy children have gifts at Christmas.
I sent $365 to World Vision. With that we were able to purchase three goats, six chickens, five ducks and provide $385 worth of medicines to third world countries!

Just a reminder that the third part of our giving back is within our own MDO family. Please bring a new, wrapped book for your child's class (no more than $5). We will exchange books at the class party on the 14th and 15th. Label your wrapped book "boy", "girl", or "either".
Individual and class pictures will be available on the 14th and 15th before the Christmas program. Andrea will set up in the foyer upstairs outside the sanctuary. If you are not going to be there either of those days, please contact Andrea at andrea@andreadavisphotography.com.
And finally, some wonderful parents brought the teachers breakfast on Thursday. They were thrilled, and we appreciated the "goodies"! Thank you!
