Fall parties are this week (Wednesday and Thursday)! Make sure you read your class e-mail to see what you need to bring.
The children will start the day with a costume parade. If the weather is pretty, we walk along the sidewalks and across the pedestrian bridge and along the creek. The children will be able to get candy along the way from our specials teachers and administrative staff. We may even have a visit from our church office friends!
If it rains, we have a route through the church building leading into our youth auditorium, so we will have the parade come rain or shine!
Parties will take place after the parade, and in the afternoon, our older children will watch Spookly the Square Pumpkin in our chapel room. This is a good little story about accepting differences in each other.
Thank you to those who bought Kroger Cares cards! Please use them as often as you can. Just remember to ask the cashier BEFORE you check out to load it up. I will keep directions on the blog if you need a refresher course!

Finally, I'm sorry about the delay in some of these e-mails. I have to manually set the time to send within a two hour window. I found out that the two hour window cannot have already begun or it delays it 24 hours...so irritating!
