If there are days when you want to pull your hair out when it comes to disciplining your children, we have a couple of options for you (that don't involve giving them away...)
1. Shining Light teachers are reading and discussing 1,2,3 Magic for Christian Parents by Thomas W. Phelan, Ph.D. and Chris Webb, M.S., M.A., NCC. This is a biblical and common sense approach to child-rearing. You can find it on Amazon.com for about $12 or less. You will find 25 women who will be able to discuss it with you :)
2. FCC is offering a Sunday morning class called Parenting is Heart Work. It will be offered for eight weeks beginning September 29 at 9:00 AM. It will be led by Gail Bivins, our children's ministry director. For more information about this class, contact gail@franklinchristianchurch.com.
