We have found in past years that it helps our budget and bookkeeping immensely if we begin collecting tuition in August and stop in April. We like to collect tuition checks on the 15th of each month beginning with August (which covers September's tuition). The few days that we are in session in August should make-up for some of the Williamson County days that we are out in the fall and therefore there is no charge for those days.
With that in mind, we have set up a couple of days for you to come by the church, pay the first month tuition/supply fee and go ahead and fill out paperwork for the year.
Wednesday, August 17th 9:00 - 11:00 AM - drop by children's area to leave September tuition and fill out forms.
Thursday, August 18th 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM - drop by children's area to leave September tuition and fill out forms.
(You may come by between any of those times on either of those days.)
Tuesday/Thursday August 23rd and 25th - Teacher inservice - no MDO
Monday, August 29 - Meet the Teacher/Parent Meeting - Mon/Wed students only: new students 9:30 - 10:30 AM; returning students 10:45 - 11:45 AM.
Tuesday, August 30 - Meet the Teacher/Parent Meeting - Tues/Thurs students only: new students 9:30 - 10:30 AM; returning students 10:45 - 11:45 AM.
Wednesday, August 31 - First full day Mon/Wed students
Thursday, September 1 - First full day Tues/Thurs students
