I cannot believe that another school year has so quickly flown by! FCC MDO is blessed to have wonderful families and the cutest, sweetest, and sometimes funniest children on the planet!
FCC MDO is also blessed with some of the most fantastic teachers around who truly care about the children and amaze me constantly with their creativity, patience, love, and enthusiasm for what they do.
This year is bittersweet for me since my "baby" is graduating from Pre-K! She began to cry today as Ms. Kim and Ms. Jen began to take down some of the decorations in the room. She's really not sure about kindergarten at all. At program practice she was the loudest and most off-key in there. She loves Ms. Maria and music is her favorite if not quite her best subject! Today in Dollar Mart she began to sing (loudly) one of the Spanish songs that Ms. Kassie has taught them this year, and I'm amazed how much Spanish she has picked up. And I love the Bible knowledge that Ms. Joyce has shared with her this year that touches my heart. So I not only selfishly believe our teachers are great; I've seen it first hand with my own child for the last three years. My child has benefited in so many ways that it would be impossible to list them all.
Next week will be our last. Please take some time to say "thank you" to our teachers with a card, note or gift that shows how much you've appreciated them this year. They spend a tremendous amount of time planning and creating special experiences for your child. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Please take a little time to share your thankfulness with them.
