FIRE SAFETY DAY

Next Tuesday, November 9th is our Fire Safety Day. Ronnie King, one of our church members, who is also a local fireman will bring the Fire Safety House to MDO. He will visit the classes in his fire gear and talk to the children about fire safety. The Preschool and Pre-K classes will tour the Fire Safety House. Since there is a fog machine that simulates smoke, we need a signed permission slip from Preschool and Pre-K parents. Please look for that in your child's folder tomorrow. It will have to be returned on the 9th in order to participate in the Fire House. If your child has allergy sensitivities, you may not want him/her to participate. We will also have a fire drill that day, so you may want to be talking to your child about that as well. Last year we did an incredible job with the drill, and the kids loved Mr. Ronnie!
