Nursery, Toddler 1 and Toddler 2 will need plastic nap mats. We like the red/blue ones at Walmart as they stack easily. You may purchase a cover for them (or large pillow case works), but we will send it home each week to be washed. The older classes will not be using a nap mat this year.
Each child will need to bring a lunch. We are unable to refrigerate items, so you may want a cool pack for the lunch box especially if you are packing bottles for the nursery. A sippy cup, juice box, or small bottle of water is suggested for Toddler 1 - Pre-K. We also recommend finger foods that are easy for the children to eat themselves (crackers, cheese, fruit, pretzels, applesauce or yogurt) and do not require re-heating. FCC MDO will provide snack each day. We are a "NO NUT" facility due to members of our church with severe allergies, so please do not pack peanut butter, granola bars or any other items that have nuts in them.
FCC MDO provides a tote bag for your belongings so you will not need to purchase any kind of backpack.
Preschool will need to be either potty-trained or in pull-ups. Nursery - Toddler 2 will need to pack diapers/pull-ups, but we supply wipes. Please always pack an extra set or two of underwear for the older classes!
