FYI

FYI - Ms. Joni accidentally popped her popcorn too long in the microwave and set off the fire alarm today.  It took awhile to shut the alarm off and then, of course, I set it off again when I tried to reset the lights.  I wanted to let you know as I'm sure that your children will be trying to tell you all about it today when they get home!  No fire though - no worries.  I've been told that I have to go pop my popcorn in the office from now on though...and no one wants me to cook dinner for them....

NO AFTERNOON CAR LANE THURSDAY

Congratulations to the Preschool 2 class (Ms. Betsy and Ms. Laurel) who won our vitamin competition.  They collected 22 bottles for our mission group going to Brazil!
They will celebrate with a pizza and cookie party after Spring Break.

Second Place:  tie between Pre-K 2 (16) and Toddler 1 (16)
Third Place:  Pre-K 1 (7)
Preschool 1 (5)

Nursery (4)
Toddler 2 (2)

We collected a total of 72 bottles for the Amazon!

 THANK YOU!

Thursday

If the weather stays nice and gorgeous, we plan to take the children out to the big field behind the church tomorrow to picnic and play soccer.  Most likely it will be Preschool and Pre-K classes.  Plan on having your child wear comfortable play clothes and sturdy shoes!

Updates

We have decided to extend the vitamin collection until Thursday, March 17th.  So one last chance to support your class by bringing in children's vitamins - no gummies, please!  Thank you for helping to support our medical missions in Brazil.

Reminder that children need to be picked up by 2:00 PM each day.  Our teachers need a few minutes to straighten rooms and take out trash before they leave at 2:15.

It's Dr. Seuss week at FCC MDO!

Tuition for Tues/Thurs is due this week.  Spring Break is next week!

Summer Camp

There have been several parents who have asked about summer camp this year.  With adding the new two days this fall and with FCC VBS being in June (13-16), we are not going to attempt a summer camp this year.
